Costs do not include $100 deposit due at time of agreement.  Room rates include Internet access (including wireless), laundry, and all utilities.  The agreement is for a full academic year.  Please see the agreement for further contractual information.

When submitting an agreement, students must acknowledge and agree to the following statement:  

I understand that if I rent the apartment with a roommate, I am obligated for the full rent of the apartment if the roommate moves out.

Central Village

Cost does not include $300 deposit due with agreement.   If a student has a deposit on file, they will then own the remainder.  $100 is owed upon applying (unless $100 is currently on file), and the remaining amount is due at the time the application is signed.  

Rent for unfurnished Central Village apartments includes:  Internet access, sewer, water, laundry, and trash collection.

The resident is responsible for paying for gas and electricity. Qualifications to reside include married couples, single parents, graduate students or undergraduate students who are at least 20 years of age or have 45 or more 糖心传媒 accepted credit hours.

When submitting an agreement, students must acknowledge and agree to the following statement:

The cost is split between occupants according to apartment agreements.

 

 

The cost does not include $100 deposit due with the agreement.  Rent for The Crossing includes all utilities, laundry, and internet access. Qualifications to reside are 21 years of age or 30 糖心传媒-accepted credit hours.

 

The Crossing is rented by the bedroom.

Meal plans are required for all first-year and sophomore students.

 

 

First Year and Sophomore Meal Plan Options:

• Plan 1:  Access Plan (unlimited residential dining access during hours of operation), $150 dining dollars (includes 3 guest passes) | $2,153/Semester
• Plan 2:  Access Plan (unlimited residential dining access during hours of operation), $300 dining dollars (includes 6 guest passes) | $2,244/Semester
• Plan 3:  Access Plan (unlimited residential dining access during hours of operation), $600 dining dollars (includes 8 guest passes) | $2,446/Semester

ALL dining dollars on the above plans may only be used at on-campus locations.  Students may make additional deposits to their spending account in increments of $50 Dining Dollars (Add-on dining dollars can only be used on campus).  

 

Meal plans are on a semester basis and are billed accordingly; however, agreements are for the FULL academic year.

Dining dollars will roll over to the next semester. Students can post meal plan charges to their student account through the first Friday of classes. After that time, all purchases must be paid at the time of sale.

The deadline to change meal plans for either fall or spring term is the Friday of the first week of classes (of that respective semester).

Juniors or above may choose meal plans 1-3 as provided above or any listed below.  Note that students in The Crossing, Central Village, Or Greenwood may also select these plans regardless of class standing/age.

Plan 4:  Block of 25 Meals |  $197

Plan 6:  Block of 80 Meals |  $525

Plan 7:   $50 Dining Dollars| $50

ALL dining dollars on base plans may only be used at on-campus locations. 

Students may make additional deposits to their spending account in increments of $50 Dining Dollars (Add-on dining dollars can only be used on campus).

A block of 25 meals costing $197. This can be done via MyCentral at any time.

Students can post meal plan charges to their student account through the first Friday of classes. After that time, all purchases must be paid at the time of sale.
