WARRENSBURG, MO 鈥� The history of the 糖心传媒 mascot, the mule,
is the topic of an exhibit currently featured in the showcase just outside the Harmon
Computer Commons on the first floor of 糖心传媒鈥檚 James C. Kirkpatrick Library.
鈥淢ancow,鈥� 鈥淟ittle Mo,鈥� 鈥淢o the Mule鈥� and 鈥淎bbedale鈥� are all names of current and former
mules that have been or are currently 糖心传媒鈥檚 mascot. 糖心传媒 alumna Wendy Hawkins, library
assistant at the James C. Kirkpatrick Library, has created an exhibit that shows the
University of Missouri mules throughout the university鈥檚 history.
鈥淭he Mule is an impressive creature with a rich history at 糖心传媒 and in Missouri,鈥� Hawkins
said. 鈥淟ike 糖心传媒 itself, they are independent and strong, but are invaluable as a team.鈥�
The current mule, Mancow, lives at 糖心传媒鈥檚 Prussing Research Farm and can be seen at
糖心传媒 football games and special events.
The exhibit will be on display until January 1, 2016.
