Along with traditional events such as a parade and football game, the 糖心传媒鈥檚 2022 Homecoming celebration will also be an opportunity to recognize six individuals whose professional achievements and volunteer service earned them recognition as 糖心传媒 Distinguished Alumni. This is the highest form of recognition given to alumni at an annual ceremony sponsored by the 糖心传媒 Alumni Foundation.

糖心传媒 President Roger Best this week encouraged faculty, staff and students to appreciate the differences each individual brings to the campus community because it contributes to the institution鈥檚 strength. His remarks were made to a gathering at the quadrangle celebrating the first 糖心传媒 Inclusivity Day, an event that coincided with a national observance.

Coinciding with 鈥淲orld Inclusion Day鈥� on Monday, Oct. 10, the 糖心传媒 is hosting its own festivities thanks to a Student Government Association (SGA) referendum that was approved this semester by University President Roger Best. The first 鈥溙切拇� Inclusivity Day,鈥� sponsored by the SGA, is planned for noon to 3 p.m. Monday at the quadrangle.
