The Office of the Registrar and Student Records, also known as the Registrar鈥檚 Office, supports the 糖心传媒鈥檚 mission to 鈥渄isseminate knowledge that transforms students into leaders who possess the aptitudes, skills and confidence to succeed.鈥�

The mission of the Registrar鈥檚 Office is to support the academic goals of the university and promote student success by providing timely, accurate, quality services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and other university constituents.

In order to fulfill this mission, the Office of the Registrar & Student Records:

Provides secure and confidential maintenance of student academic records in perpetuity.
Complies with the mandates of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Interprets, implements, ensures compliance, and communicates changes regarding academic policies and procedures.
Assesses student progression toward timely completion of educational goals.
Supports a positive work environment based on integrity, service, and inclusion.

Operation & Systems Manager Christine Spader	Oversight, maintenance, and administration of CRM for Student Success Support student success initiatives and retention of graduate and undergraduate students Serve as liaison between end users and the vendor as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations/management of the CRM.
Assistant Registrar -- Student Services Andrea Wiggins	Graduation clearance processing, student inquiries Verify repeat course work; process accordingly Communication flow through email and social media Posting of degrees (sought and awarded) Process Central Degree audit substitutions/exceptions for graduate students
Assistant Registrar -- Articulation & Graduation Anna Ball	Works with school chairs and success advisors to articulate transfer coursework Updates existing articulation agreements Creates new articulation agreements Evaluates graduation applications for undergraduate and graduate students Posting of degrees for undergraduate and graduate students Process Central Degree audit substitutions/exceptions for undergraduate students Provides customer service to students, staff, and faculty
Academic Records Specialist Laura Lindquist	Process Enrollment and Degree Verifications Complete Good Student Discount forms Process outgoing transcripts for students, staff, and faculty via email, mail, & fax Handles requests regarding official transcripts Processes mail correspondence Name changes for current students Address changes for current & former students (except international students) Grades changes/U extensions Provides customer service to students, staff, and faculty
